RATES:

The rates stated herein are US Dollars and super cedes all existing rates. All rates are quoted are nett and non commissionable.
Value Added Tax (VAT), Provincial taxes and Service Charges as applicable are included in the rates as of February 1 2009.
Should there be any upward revisions in the rates & Taxes, these will be additionally charged. Rates are subject to change
without prior notice.

CHILDREN:

Infants are defined as being less than two years of age and are free of cost.
Child is defined as having completed two (02) years but not yet completed twelve (12) years with a height below 120 CM.
For any child who has completed 12 years of age, the same rate as an adult will apply for accommodation, sightseeing and
excursions.

BOOKINGS REQUIREMENT;

When making package tour reservations, please advise all passenger names, flight details,Type & number of rooms to be our
details for tour/ transfer arrangement. Any missing flight details by guests, there will be the additional payment as for the
transport arrangement.

Payments & Conditions

1). When you received our booking quotation, Booking Fee @ 30 USD/ person (non-refundable) is required, secured to confirm the booking. Then you will be received the confirmation of your booking with our invoice that required the payment by 30days before   departure.

2). Payment of our invoices can be made via our online system or made by remittance to our Bank Account in Thailand

3). Payment is deducted upon completion and confirmation of your booking only.

4). All booking details have been provided regarding the supplier's cancellation policy and must be strictly adhered to e.g.

     -  The cancellation made 29-15 days before departure, 30 % cancellation fee is applied
     -  The cancellation made 14-7 days before departure, 50 % cancellation fee is applied
     -  The cancellation made 6-1 days before departure or no show, full cancellation charge fee is applied

ALL CANCELLATIONS must be via FAX OR EMAIL ONLY DURING OFFICE HOURS & MUST BE ACKNOWLEDGED BY
OUR STAFF IN WRITING.

     Cancellation Fee of Budget airline:
     The budget airline follows the budget airline cancellation fee and condition.

5). For the urgent bookings, your credit card information is required to secure your room(s).    However, we will only charge your credit card on completion and confirmation of your booking.
