Please note that Visa is required for entry to Vietnam. Visa must be made prior to arrival in Vietnam at Vietnamese embassies, there are two ways to get visa to Vietnam. Most of all,you will need to send us the passport details: full name, date of birth, sex, nationality, passport number. Passports must be valid 01 month After departure date from Vietnam.

1) Apply visa at the embassy of Vietnam. We will send clients' information to the related authorities for Approval number. It usually takes from 7-10 days for the approval number. We will send you back the approval number and you will bring them to the Vietnamese Embassy to get the visa (you pay the Fee directly at the Embassy). If you do this way, we will charge you the fee of USD 5/pax for approval number services.

2) Visa on arrival: This is more simple and it won't take time to get to the Vietnamese Embassy in your country. We will do the authorization here and send you the visa permit. At the same time, you will fill in form M3 of visa request, and must attach a recent identity photo (less than 6 months) on the form and keep it with you. You will check out at the airport with the visa permit and the M3 form. When you arrive Vietnam, our Representative will help you with rest of the procedures at the airport. The fee for visa on arrival is USD60/pax. You pay us and we will pay to the authorities in Hanoi on your behalf.
